So I am trying to lose weight before my "friend" returns back from Iraq. I am going to post my weight loss journey on here along with my other posts. From the things I've ate to workouts, all will be shared. This is my last year of undergrad (hopefully) and I want to be in shape by graduation as well as get my hair to be more healthy (yes, working out helps promote hair growth). So follow me on this LOOOOOOOOOOOONG journey. I'm like many women, trying to balance every day stresses of life (3 jobs, full-time student, etc) and be able to squeeze into my jeans in the morning.
