So today is my second day in a row working out. I walked 30 minutes on the treadmill on steep incline. Then I did some weights on my arms. Lastly, I played volleyball.
Remember stretching is really important. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on stretching. Some prefer before, but I prefer to stretch after my workouts.
Today I ate cherrios and sushi with shrimp (which is not a healthy option). Really, today was not a good food day because I was to stressed to eat a third meal.
Keep in mind how many calories you take in vs. how much you burn.
