So today, I went to California Pizza Kitchen with my family. I knew it was going to be a bad idea when the only thing that I wanted was pasta and my dad order spinach and artichoke dip. I also drank,like, 4 glasses of that rasberry lemonade. I had originally planned to take part of my pasta home, but I saw my cousin (who is older and 40lbs lighter) finish of her bowl of pasta. I figured it would be okay if I went ahead and finished mine.
My stomach felt HUGE! So I came home and got on the scale to see what the damage of this meal and this whole summer has been on my wasteline. I am the same weight I am when I started this summer. But sadly that is still OVERWEIGHT! I weigh 193:-(
So time to get this diet shit in high gear...
