So I recently received two new comments on a video I have on YouTube. I saw these messages after, I got a loooooooooooong detailed message in my inbox about homosexuality and God allegedly hating gays. Now I respect your opinion as long as you don't insult me and you TRY to be intelligent about it. The message I got was more intelligent than the actual comment one of the users posted. Both comments stated the most ridiculous comparisons. First, they stated that there was no such thing as "bi-curious" or "bi-sexual". Fine, I can understand that, for I know a lot of people don't think there is such a thing. However, they went on to compare homosexuality and bi-curiosity to violent crimes such as murder and rape. What the fuck is wrong with you!? To compare a victimless act to horrendous crimes is disgusting. As a Christian, I know that homosexuality is considered wrong. Gotta Vent

Hey y'all! So I know I have been MIA and will probably still remain that way for another week thanks to my old roommate being unable to return my calls (long story). But I wanted to vent a little. I recently started dating someone. While it is feels so weird for me to call someone a boyfriend again, the idea of me being in a relationship is not lost upon those from my past or friends currently in my life. While I could go on and on about how weird this transition has been, I wanted to talk about women. It is amusing to me how a woman can completely disregard and disrespect a man's girlfriend for her own bullshit reason. I don't understand why you want a man to cheat on his woman with you? Empties: Lush's R&B Hair Moisturizer

A couple of months back, I decided to take my friend Dorian to our local Lush store. I've been curious to try some of their products lately, so I figured why not make it part of our day out. I scanned the shelves and counters looking for a product to try but I am not going to lie, the prices humbled my spending desire. Initially, I settled on the H'Suan Wen Hua for my hair, but after speaking with the sales associate I decided to go with the R&B Hair Moisturizer . According to the website , it is supposed to "revive and balance misbehaving hair." So I used the R&B for my twist outs after washing my hair and applying leave-in conditioner. Now, I won't lie, $25.95 for only 3.5 ounces was hard to swallow. I mean seriously, I feel like I have too much hair for that! When I did use the product I used it sparingly. Dove Fails Again.....Or Did They?

Unless you are fortunate enough to live under a rock, I am sure you have seen the latest racial controversy brought to us by Dove. A couple of days ago, the above picture frequently popped up in my news feed on Facebook. From this picture alone, it is easy to tell why many black people would be outraged. It looks as if washing yourself with Dove body wash will turn you from a "dirty" black woman to a "clean" white woman. I mean seriously......WHAT THE FUCK!? The controversy only seemed to gain momentum when people dug up an old ad from 2011. The ad was supposed to show the before and after of one's skin when using their product Visiblecare Creme Body Wash. Unfortunately, people felt that the order of the women (black, latina, and white) was some sort of subliminal message from the company about ethnic skin. Wish List Wednesday 10/11/17

Follow my blog with Bloglovin It has been an interesting week thus far. Some ups and downs but I have made it to another Wednesday. A few things have sparked my interests this week, so here is what I am wishing for: Notched Collar Plaid Skirt Coat I mentioned last week that I love a good coat. So of course with fall being here and a move on the horizon, I have been looking at more fall/winter items. This particular coat popped up on my Pinterest feed. Before we moved, I had a plaid coat that I left behind at my parents house. I later found out that my mother got rid of it. Needless to say, I was less than pleased with the news. But I love the design of this jacket and the price is pretty nice. Unfortunately, it seems there is only a limited quantity and my current body measurements don't fit into the available sizes. So maybe this will make it into my shopping cart once I drop some of this Hawaii weight. ...
